Service Description

Our Creating Cultures of Belonging Program is designed for racial and ethnic diverse women professionals to enhance their leadership impact by exploring the intersection of their racial and ethnic narratives. Participants engage in transformative experiences that cultivate their voice and talents, fostering an environment where inclusivity thrives. Join us to deepen your understanding of how your unique experiences shape effective leadership and contribute to a transformative culture. To achieve this, we guide women through the CCOB Four-Phase Process, a framework designed to help them intentionally expand their racial and ethnic awareness and develop new, empowered approaches to leadership within their organizations. Phase One: Conform - Examine how your racial and ethnic identity and beliefs may influence patterns of conformity. - Develop your personal Equity Story. - Learn how the Positive Intelligence® (PQ) Framework strengthens emotional intelligence and cultivates a growth mindset. Phase Two: Inform - Understand the difference between belonging and fitting in. - Explore subtle acts of exclusion and their real impact. - Deepen your understanding of psychological safety. - Participate in the Positive Intelligence® (PQ) Mental Fitness Program to gain tools and practices for leading with a positive, resilient mindset. Phase Three: Reform - Learn the role of boundaries in effective leadership. - Acquire practical tools for setting clear and healthy boundaries. - Explore how to intentionally design and implement leadership and professional boundary-setting practices. Phase Four: Transform - Examine the key qualities that define a Culture of Belonging. - Create the System Integration Plan (SIP ) to support fostering belonging practices for yourself and for your organization. - Develop an actionable road map to support authentic leadership and foster cultures of belonging. Each phase includes teaching, group discussion, coaching, activities, and reflection. In Phase Two, participants begin the Positive Intelligence® (PQ) Mental Fitness Program, which offers powerful tools for deepening self-awareness and strengthening emotional intelligence—crucial skills for leading others in building cultures of belonging.
