Courageous Leadership Journey believes success happens BECAUSE of the people NOT DESPITE the people! As we call leaders to rise above the chaos and build inclusive cultures, we’re asking them to stop managing people and begin leading them. This takes COURAGE. The Courageous Leadership Journey is a leadership program designed to reconfigure how leaders lead themselves and others. Our unique approach allows for leaders to examine their leadership capacity through a 3 phase process. Starting with a journey of self-reflection rooted in neuroscience and anchored in the Positive Intelligence® (PQ) framework, leaders can discover how to recognize limiting mindsets, enhance self awareness, and boost emotional intelligence. Leaders are introduced to the the 3 pillars of the Courageous Leadership: * Leadership Agility * Emotional Agility * Human-Centered Skill This phase assists leaders in evaluating their leadership, scaling courage, and implementing new leadership approaches, mindset, and behaviors that will inspire courage within their teams and organizations. Inclusion doesn’t just happen. You must enhanced a leaders' human-centered skills in order to equip them to foster environments where everyone feels a sense of belonging. During Phase 3, leaders are learn how to co-create inclusive cultures by operationalizing organizational values, fostering deeper connections, and leading with a human-centered approach.
